On-going support for the life of your system
Technical assistance can be provided during the installation and start-up of your water treatment system, as well as on going technical service support. Technical training schools are held on a regular basis to provide the knowledge required to install and maintain the water treatment equipment manufactured and supplied by ECI.
ECI takes great pride in the quality of our systems. To that end, we have developed a comprehensive quality program that ensures the end user will be satisfied with the product they have received. Each component is checked to ensure it is correct, and the final system is tested by our quality control team so no issues are encountered upon receipt and start-up. Before any product leaves here it is checked and signed-off by multiple team members so the customer receives just what they have ordered.
